8.6 01A3 ERROR TROUBLESHOOTING

ERROR MESSAGE 01A3

1) SYMPTOM:

a. Motor is disconnected.

2) SOLUTION:

a. Check the connection of the motor cable at the MCB (Figure A).

b. Check to see if the MCB LED DSP1 (MCU) is lit (Figure B).

c. If LED DSP1 is blinking or is a solid light, the motor should be replaced.

d. If LED DSP1 is not lit, replace the MCB.

1) SYMPTOM:

a. 01AB - Motor over current.

b. 02B6 - Speed up is overcurrent.

c. 02B7 - Speed down is overcurrent.

d. 02B8 - Running status is overcurrent.

2) SOLUTION:

a. Check the condition of the running deck and belt. Replace the belt and flip or replace the running deck as needed.

b. Replace the MCB.
