WORKOUT DESCRIPTIONS
CONSTANT WATTS
This program allows you to vary your cadence or SPM and the machine’s resistance will adjust accordingly to your
selected goal. The quicker your stride the less resistance for the goal selected.
To enter into this workout on the 3x or 5x, use the following guidelines. To enter into this workout on the 7xe and 7xi, follow
the on-screen prompts.
1) Press CONSTANT WATTS
2) Enter your desired WATT using the ARROW KEYS or NUMBER KEYPAD and press ENTER.
3) Enter your desired TIME using the ARROW KEYS or NUMBER KEYPAD and press ENTER.
4) Enter your WEIGHT using the ARROW KEYS or NUMBER KEYPAD and press ENTER.
5) Press GO to begin the workout.
NOTE: Programs may vary based on model and default settings.
